Help and contact
A real person reads everything that arrives here. If something has gone wrong with a booking, write to us — you do not need an account, and you do not need to work out whose fault it is first.
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. We answer within one business day. You can also call (603) 207-1674. If you reach voicemail, leave your booking reference and we will call back within one business day.
Include your booking reference if you have it. References look like TG-A4KP-7RMQ and are in your confirmation email — it is the fastest way for us to find you. If you cannot find it, the email address you booked with is enough.
Find, change or cancel a booking
Your confirmation email contains a link to your booking. That page shows what you paid, what the property collects when you arrive, the cancellation terms for your exact rate, and a cancel button where cancelling is still possible.
A booking cannot be changed once it is made. Not the dates, not the room, not the name on it. That is not a policy of ours — the supplier we book through offers one operation on a confirmed reservation and it is cancellation. Anyone telling you otherwise is describing a different kind of booking.
So the only route is to cancel and book again, and whether that costs you anything depends on your rate. The booking page shows the figure before you confirm. Before the rate's cancellation deadline everything you paid comes back; after it, the hotel keeps what its terms allow and the rest is returned. We keep nothing either way, so rebooking costs you only what the hotel kept.
Lost the email? Sign in with the address you booked with and your bookings will be there — no account or password needed, and no need to wait for us. Booking links only work in full, so the reference on its own will not open one.
The hotel says there is no reservation
Call us on the number above, from the desk, before you make other arrangements. We hold the supplier's own confirmation number for your stay, which is usually what the front desk needs in order to find it — reservations routinely sit under a distributor's reference rather than your name.
Your booking page lists the property's own phone number and check-in times when the supplier gave them to us. It is not always able to, so if they are not there we do not hold them either — call us and we will get them.
A refund has not arrived
When a cancellation refunds money, we send it back to the card you paid with. Your booking page says whether the refund was actually issued — not whether it was owed, but whether it left us — and we do not tell you money is on its way unless it is.
Once issued, card refunds typically take a few days to appear, and that part is your bank's timetable rather than ours. If your booking page says a refund was issued and you still cannot see it a week later, write to us and we will send you the reference to give your bank.
We keep nothing when you cancel. What the hotel keeps is set by the terms of your rate: before the rate's cancellation deadline nothing, and after it passes whatever their terms allow. Everything else comes back, our booking fee included. You are never asked for more than you paid. If a booking fails or we cannot deliver the room, everything you paid comes back.
A charge you do not recognise
A hotel booking is charged by Nuitée Travel Limited (LiteAPI), who supply the room and are the merchant of record for it, so a statement shows NUITEE* NJSTRAVEL rather than our name alone. A flight, if you booked one, is charged by us under NJSTRAVEL.
One stay can produce two separate charges from two different companies, and this is the usual reason a line looks wrong. We charge for the room, the taxes included in the room rate, and our booking fee. Anything the property collects separately at the desk — a resort fee, parking, a deposit, and in some places a local tax — is charged by the hotel, under the hotel's name. Your booking page shows the split, with our amount and theirs on separate lines.
You may also see a pending amount larger than the figure you agreed. We only ever request the exact amount shown at checkout, but card issuers add a margin to travel authorisations in case a hotel adds charges at a desk. That margin is a hold rather than a charge and is released by your bank, usually within a few days. The property may place a separate hold of its own when you check in.
If a charge still does not make sense, email us before contacting your bank — we can almost always explain or fix it faster than a dispute can.
The hotel charged a fee that was not in the price
It happens, and it is the thing this company exists to argue about. Open your booking and follow “Charged a fee at the desk that nobody mentioned?”. That page sets out what your booking page said about money due at the property on the day you booked, what the hotel's own website said about its fee where we have read it, and the federal rule on fee disclosure — and it writes a letter you can send the hotel, which you can copy or print.
We are not your lawyer and we cannot make a hotel refund anything. What we can do is say, in writing and with a date on it, what you were shown before you paid.
No longer have the link? Sign in with the address you booked with — your bookings are there, and the page is under each one. Email us if that address no longer reaches you.
